Playing in the browser

The player runs the same openballance.wasm in your browser.

1. Choose your Ballance disc image, CD or game folder (Game data). The player checks it and imports it into your browser's private storage, so you only do this once. It never leaves your device.
2. Press Play.

OpenBallance draws its 3D graphics with WebGPU: use a recent Chrome or Edge, Safari 26 or newer, or Firefox 141 or newer. Your settings and highscores are kept in the browser's storage.

Launch parameters go in the address, e.g. /play/?unlockall=1 or /play/?language=0.
